My education
I have a BA in psychology and anthropology from USF, and have also minored in human sexuality. I have formally studied mindfulness meditation at graduate level. I have also completed courses on physiological birth and birth coaching though HERBAL and Indie Birth.
My zone of genius
There is nothing that lights me up more than helping people succeed in their goals and in their life! I am in my zone when I am lighting a fire within YOU with my words, my wisdom and my intuition.
I am certain the Creator has placed me here to lift, inspire and heal the world.
My offerings
I offer one-on-one or group coaching and lead workshops, both in-person in North Central FL and online worldwide.
I specialize in working with women in their mothering years, but work with clients from all walks of life.
My other projects
I am co-founder and administrator of 4-Corners Community School, Inc., where it is our mission is to help empower our community in raising the future visionaries and leaders of tomorrow.
I am also the mother half of the mother/daughter birth coaching team at Aurora Holistic Birth, LLC, where we practice radical birth education and support with the intention to help create a world where mothers and babies, both, are born in dignity and sovereignty.
